Signs its Time to Change your Land Rover Service
You’ve been working with the same guy for a brief period now, and you’ve come to know and trust the quality of service he provides. However, recently some things have been making you feel a bit uncomfortable, and you’re unsure whether it’s time to find a new Land Rover service of your own. Nobody can make the decision for you, but if you are experiencing one or more of the following problems, it may be time to make a change:
- Repairs consistently cost more than you were quoted. The Land Rover service you are using may now be more interested in your money than you. For whatever reason, they started out with a bang, probably to earn your business. But then, once they reeled you in, they placed more emphasis on getting the job done than they did on doing a great job. Companies normally go through good and bad periods of service, so you’ll have to consider whether this is a bump in the road, or the end of the road.
- The repairman is hard to contact. When you do have questions or concerns, the person in charge of performing the Land Rover service is difficult to contact. He’s happy to tell you about the price increase and why that is justifiable, but he doesn’t elaborate all that much beyond that. People that become more distant in this regard typically have some issue occurring that is hampering their overall quality of service.
- They seem more interested in fees than anything else. To some extent, fees are normal for every business. However, at some point, hidden fees are charged way too often, the fee schedule isn’t clearly explained, and it seems like you’re paying a fee for everything. This Land Rover service is more interested in making money than it is in providing a quality service. Who knows? That quality service may not be as good as it used to be in the past, and now it’s time to find someone who really provides that high level of quality you need.
- When you do have concerns, they are not satisfactorily resolved. If you do happen to have question or concerns and you are able to talk or meet with someone about them, and they put up a fight rather than listening, then you’re probably best off finding a new Land Rover service. You can’t convince someone to do a good job – they have to want to do it on their own.
